* No refunds are offered, except if the item arrives damaged, defective, destroyed, or burnt which should be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the dress—in which case a refund is issued after inspection.
* Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving the order, only for size issues or valid product concerns.
* To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
* Customers pay shipping costs for exchanges unless the issue is the brand’s fault.
* No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dislike, or customized orders.
* International orders require full advance payment.
* To request a return or exchange, contact via email or WhatsApp with order details, issue description, and photos; response time is 2–3 business days.
* CoralsbyRahi has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
